What data I collect
Contact form
If you send me a message through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the message itself.
WhatsApp Voice Summarizer
If you use the Voice Summarizer tool, I process the audio file you upload and the text output generated from it, including transcription and summary files.
Technical data
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may also generate standard technical logs, which can include information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and error logs.
Why I process this data
- To read and reply to inquiries you send through the contact form.
- To provide the Voice Summarizer service when you choose to use it.
- To run, secure, debug, and maintain the website.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of service providers to operate.
- OpenAI, to transcribe and summarise audio uploaded through the Voice Summarizer tool.
- A configured email delivery provider, such as SendGrid or an SMTP-based mail service, to forward contact-form notifications.
- DigitalOcean, which provides the server infrastructure used to host the site.
I do not load advertising scripts, analytics trackers, marketing pixels, or external font services on the public site.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
The public site stores a theme preference in your browser's local storage so it can remember whether you prefer light mode or dark mode. This is a functional setting, not a tracking mechanism.
Legal basis under GDPR, where applicable
Where the GDPR applies, I process personal data only when there is a valid reason to do so. In practice, that usually means one of the following:
- you contacted me and asked for a reply or follow-up;
- you chose to use a tool made available on the site;
- I have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
How long I keep data
Contact form submissions may be retained so I can manage ongoing conversations and keep a record of prior inquiries.
Audio uploads and generated text files for the Voice Summarizer may remain on the server until they are manually removed. I do not use them for marketing or profiling.
Your rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, ask for correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or request restriction of processing.
